Rentals and Fees
Our Church has
facilities and furniture available to rent for such occasions as weddings, parties, picnics and
religious events. We also have a house on our property which we lease
for up to one-year agreements. Below you will find a list for rental
prices of our Church facilities and rental house.

There is a required
Refundable Damage Deposit of $100.00 for members and $200.00 for
non-members.

To guarantee a
rental, there is a required Guarantee Deposit of 50% of the rental fee at
time of booking for both member and non-members.

A Janitorial Fee of
$0.25 per person, or $50.00 minimum, to both members and non-members.
Notes
-
A discounted rate of
30% will be applied to rental fees for scheduled events that consist of 3 or
more times per calendar year by a single solitary organization or family.

Member status is
determined as a paid steward of 6 consecutive months of the Saint Sava
Serbian Orthodox Church of Issaquah, Washington, at the time of rental.
